Simply Wax requires 24-hour notice for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to your appointment.

Professional Conduct Policy

Simply Wax provides waxing services only.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for suggestive language or behavior.

If the esthetician feels uncomfortable at any point, the service will stop immediately.

The client may be asked to leave, and information may be reported to local authorities.

Clients violating this policy may be placed on a Do Not Wax list.

Medical & Skin Sensitivity

Certain medications and topical products can increase skin sensitivity. Please inform your esthetician of any changes to medications or skincare routines.

Accutane: Must be stopped at least 6 months before waxing.

Retin-A, Retinol, Tretinoin, Glycolic Acid, or Alpha/Beta Hydroxy Acids: Must be discontinued before waxing. At least 1 week prior, though 2 weeks is recommended for maximum skin safety.

If your skin appears compromised, services may be paused or stopped for safety.

No-Show Policy

An appointment is considered a no-show if the client arrives 15 minutes or later than the scheduled time. Please communicate promptly if you are running late or need to reschedule.

1st No-Show: 50% of service fee

2nd No-Show: 100% of service fee

3rd No-Show: 100% of service fee, and the client may no longer be accepted

We prefer communication over charging, so please reach out if you cannot make your appointment.
